What do you use. I've been using 3/32" but I think I may want to change over to 1/8". So far I've been using a table saw to cut the slot, but it seems I'm re-inventing the wheel with every bridge I do. I'd like to set up a jig to do it faster. I also figure 1/8" would give me more room to adjust intonation. Anyone using 5/32"? Thoughts? |

Ron...I built John How's jig for profiling and slotting saddles. It works beautifully. Check it out in the jig section. I set it up for 1/8" saddles. Next step is to modify it so I can rout the saddle slot at an angle. |
